Electrical Spinner

Accelerate your progress in jumps and spins with the Electrical Spinner and Off-ice Harness. This innovative training tool facilitates efficient rotations and vestibular balance, enabling skaters to master new techniques quickly. Each 10-15 minute lesson is tailored to focus on optimal rotating positions and strengthening core muscles for enhanced performance on the ice.

Personal Training

Skaters need the physical abilities and athleticism to safely and effectively train and execute new elements on the ice. Off-ice personal training is a critical component in developing the strength, coordination, and injury prevention techniques required to perform new skills. Amy offers customized training sessions designed to accelerate progress while reducing the risk of injury, beginning with an initial assessment and followed by a comprehensive program that includes off-ice warm-ups, cool downs, strength/conditioning exercises, stretching, and recovery routines.

Amy also provides personal training services for individuals of all ages and levels of physical fitness, helping them lead active and enjoyable lifestyles.

Skating is physically and mentally demanding, and mental preparations are essential to fully utilizing the tools you learn on the ice! Amy listens to athletes' needs and builds a program to help them feel confident and focused for anything that comes their way!
